I would say 90 percent of auto accident claims that we handle at our law firm settle without having to go to court. There are those 10 percent that we do have to litigate, which we have been doing for decades now. And yes we will have the ability to go to court, but typically most cases settle out of court assuming that the accident is the fault of someone else.
