TRANSCRIPT: In my experience, a lot of the nursing home injuries have to do with neglect, meaning bedsores, your loved one or the patient will have bedsores because they've been unattended and they haven't been taken care of properly. We also have a lot of cases involving injuries where they didn't watch you close enough and there's falls. You should have had rails on the bed, or there's an order saying you should not be let out of your bed without an attendant present.
